First time I used this jig I caught a 3.34 lbs bass under the mat, the 2nd time I used it I caught a 6.8 lbs bass under the mat, now I have one tied on one of my poles all the time. Love this jig.

Great for weeds !
My Lake here in Florida has many pads and weeds ! These jigs plowed through them . Highly recommended .

Great for lily pads
I've used these jigs for thick lily pads in Florida. The hooks are awesome for pulling big fish out and are sharp. Had one of these jigs get stuck in my arm and the doctor couldn't cut the hook. They had multiple people try and one of the guys came and saw the jig and said you aren't cutting that hook without bolt cutters. Hahaha.
